Product Characteristics:
This product uses natural fibers as a substitute for glass fibers. It features high specific strength, high specific modulus, and is human-friendly. It can be widely used in automotive interior parts such as headliners, door panels, and rear package trays. The product offers excellent NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) performance, impact resistance, good notch toughness, and produces no sharp fragments during compression molding. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, compared to inorganic fibers like glass fiber, it has much lower allergenic effects on skin and respiratory tract, aligning with the automotive industry's trends towards lightweight and environmentally friendly development.

The product is currently mainly applied in commercial vehicle interior components, featuring sound absorption, thermal insulation, comfort, health, and environmental friendliness.
