Ultralight-PU Composite Board
Ultralight-PU composite board is a product successfully developed by Zhejiang Huajiang in 2015. It is an upgraded and innovative version of the conventional PU composite board, representing the third-generation series of products in the PU board industry. It is mainly applied in the manufacturing of automotive headliners.
Product Characteristics:
The product weight ranges from 600-800g/m². It uses high-strength PU as the core layer, with low-weight high-strength modified adhesive film and high-count glass fiber as the skin. This results in an ultra-light PU composite board featuring ultra-low weight, higher processing efficiency, better sound absorption, and good dimensional stability. It can serve as an alternative to the wet process technology.
Current Applications:
It has been successfully applied in multiple domestic and international OEMs, including GAC-FCA, Citroën, Geely, Proton, and others.
